We want you to love your ByGeorge purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain curated items and final sale pieces are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
